Sue – Office Manager
Whether on the phone or at the front desk, Sue is the welcoming presence of CityScape Dental. She has been the Office Manager since 1996. If you have questions or concerns about finances or insurance coverage, she will provide expert guidance. Sue will always strive to make your visit with us an informative and comfortable experience.
Sue has been in office management for over 30 years. She has honed her skills in continuing education programs offered through the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota Dental Association, consistently earning recognition for excellence. She is also a proud four-year member of the "Upfront Study Club" for dental office managers.
Sue lives with her husband, Greg. Her interests include astronomy, photography, and writing and singing her own music. Ask if she is performing at a musical event near you.
Theresa – Dental Hygienist
Theresa has worked with Dr. Oltmans since 1993. Although she is cross-trained in all aspects of the office, from assisting and hygiene to office management, you are most likely to encounter her as your dental hygienist.
Theresa graduated from the University of Minnesota in dental assisting in 1981. In 1996, she went to Century College in White Bear Lake and earned her degree as a Registered Dental Hygienist. Faculty members awarded Theresa the coveted Golden Scaler Award in honor of her outstanding academic achievements through her course of study.
Theresa is married to John, and they have one son, Robert. They live on a small farm and raise beef cattle. Her hobbies include gardening, music, and sewing.
Camille – Dental Hygienist
Camille is the newest member of the CityScape Dental team, joining in November 2013. In addition to her responsibilities as a Registered Dental Hygienist, Camille also assists with marketing and social media for our practice. “I love our patients,” she says. “They are ever-changing, and I like learning about their interests and their health habits.”
Camille received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Minnesota State University Mankato.
She enjoys being outdoors and visiting local and state parks with her husband, Scot, and their son, Calex. The whole family is also musically inclined. Camille loves to sing while her husband plays guitar.
Tawn – Dental Assistant
As Dr. Oltmans’ Dental Assistant since 1996, Tawn says it is her greatest pleasure to "give people a great smile." Patients know it is Tawn who makes them feel comfortable and prepared for every dental procedure with Dr. Dave.
Tawn is a Certified and Registered Dental Assistant. She received her education at the University of Minnesota and Lakeland Medical and Dental Academy, graduating in the class of 1996. As a state registered and nationally certified dental assistant, Tawn is able to independently perform highly technical procedures.
She is married to Scott, and they have two school-age children, Ryan and Abigail. Tawn volunteers with Meals on Wheels, and she serves in a leadership position with New Hope Women of Today. She also enjoys reading, baking, Twins baseball, and Green Bay Packer football.
Lisa - Office Administrator
Lisa came to work at CityScape Dental in 2012 when her father, Dr. Jim Arndt, retired and Dr. Dave acquired his dental practice. Her responsibilities are varied and flexible to meet the needs of the office team. Her goal is to make each patient’s dental visit a welcoming and caring experience.
Lisa has a biology degree from the University of Minnesota. She has worked in the dental field since 1998.
She and her husband, Bruce, enjoy fishing, pickleball, and golf. Ask how she did in her most recent pickleball competition!
